Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Irlam (Immediate Start)

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Irlam, currently seeking a full-time Year 1 Teacher to join their supportive team. This position is available immediately and runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Role Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons for Year 1 pupils
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Adapt lessons to support diverse learner needs and abilities
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
* Participate in school-wide initiatives and ongoing CPD opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience preferred)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Ability to plan differentiated lessons to support individual pupil needs
* A sound understanding of the National Curriculum
* Confident use of technology to enhance learning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
