Hours: 16 per week with flexible patterns across mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
Under-18s may attract a lower rate of pay, always in line with, but usually above, national guidelines.

Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and present food to the correct specification
* Operate kitchen workstations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more
* Work as part of a team to meet time and quality targets
* Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards
* Maintain cleanliness and perform kitchen clean-downs
* Rotate stock and store food safely
* Complete required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
