About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to manage high-impact communications programmes and support the reputation building of leading brands. As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, delivering day to day client servicing while supporting the strategic development of multi-channel campaigns across PR, digital, and reputation management. You will act as a key client contact, coordinating delivery, ensuring excellence across all outputs, and contributing to the smooth running and growth of the accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the planning and delivery of PR and digital communications campaigns for multiple clients.
* Support the development of positioning, messaging, thought leadership, and reputation management strategies.
* Coordinate the work of account executives and support the wider team to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution and strong ROI.
* Build and maintain media and influencer relationships, driving high-value coverage and digital engagement.
* Produce and review campaign analytics and reporting to optimise performance and demonstrate impact.
* Contribute to new business activity, supporting proposals, pitches, and agency marketing.
* Represent the agency externally at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or digital marketing, ideally with agency experience and currently operating at Senior Account Executive or Account Manager level.
* Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and supporting larger budgets.
* Exceptional written, verbal, and strategic communication skills.
* Strong organisational and coordination abilities, with experience supporting junior team members.
* Media-savvy with relationships or experience working closely with senior journalists and influencers.
* Commercial acumen and understanding of how communications supports business objectives.
* Digital literacy, including SEO, social media, and analytics tools.
* Knowledge or experience across sectors such as finance and financial technology.
