We are working with a successful, multi-branch independent estate agency in Loughborough who are looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. Key Responsibilities:
* Registering applicants and understanding their property needs
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Building long-term relationships with clients and buyers
* Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to progress sales
* Maintaining accurate records and following company processes
About You:
* Previous property experience
* Confident, personable, and driven to achieve results
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Positive, proactive, and a team player
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
