Director of Analytics
High-Growth Consumer Brand
$170,000 – $200,000 base salary + target bonus + long-term incentives

The Role – Director of Analytics:
As part of the broader enterprise strategy team, the Director of Analytics will play a critical role in driving the company’s analytics vision and capability forward. This role is highly cross-functional and is designed for a strategic leader who can build and scale advanced analytics frameworks that directly inform executive decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and scale enterprise-wide analytics strategy, focusing on both performance optimization and strategic forecasting.
* Build and maintain enterprise dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insight pipelines that inform decision-making across business functions.
* Partner with teams across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology to align insights with strategic initiatives.
* Lead initiatives to elevate the organization’s data maturity, including implementation of predictive models and business intelligence tools.
* Champion a data-driven culture across all levels of the business, from daily operations to boardroom strategy.
* Translate complex analytical findings into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders.
* Support continuous innovation efforts through “test and learn” experimentation and performance measurement.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on analytics best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Your Skills and Experience:
* 7+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise insights, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
* Demonstrated experience standing up and scaling analytics functions in a high-growth or transformation-oriented business.
* Hands-on expertise with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R).
* Strong track record of cross-functional influence—particularly in Marketing, Finance, and Ops.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical findings into business outcomes.
* Experience working in a distributed or franchise-based business model is a plus, though not required.
* High attention to detail with a strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style.
