Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting with manual handling, hoisting, and personal care (training provided).

Supporting pupils to use assistive technology and communication aids.
*
Facilitating sensory:based learning activities tailored to pupil needs.
*
Monitoring health and well:being, reporting any changes to the medical team.
*
Ensuring pupils are comfortably and safely positioned for learning.
Requirements
*
Experience working with PMLD or complex physical disabilities.
*
A gentle, patient, and highly observant nature.
*
Willingness to undertake training in manual handling and medical support.
