Accounts Assistant (Temp to Perm) – Maidstone
We’re seeking a detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. A great opportunity to develop within a busy and supportive finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Create purchase orders and verify supplier invoices
* Match invoices to purchase orders
* Process payment runs and BACS payments
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Reconcile supplier and ledger accounts
* Maintain supplier records
* Handle internal/external finance queries
* Support year-end audit tasks
About You
* Experience in accounts or finance admin (preferred)
* Strong accuracy and numerical skills
* Confident using Excel and finance systems
* Organised, proactive, and great with communication
