Competitive salary of £24,570 (pro-rata for part-time)
£63.70 flat rate for each sleep-in shift

What the Role Involves:
Supporting individuals in their daily lives at home and in the community
Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-expression
Creating meaningful connections and shared experiences
Working a variety of shifts as part of a 24-hour care team, including:
Working Hours & Shift Patterns:
Full-time : 37.5 hours per week
Part-time : Flexible hours available
Shift times:
Day shifts between 07:00 22:00
Sleep-in shifts from 22:00 07:00 (paid at £63.70)
Enjoying the benefit of 4 weeks advance notice on your rota
