Food & Beverage Director - 70k
We’re currently working with a well-regarded Hotel Resort based on Scotland’s East Coast, seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Director to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will sit on an Exec comity reporting to the CEO and lead the hospitality operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the hotel, golf and other standalone units.. With a focus on driving excellence, enhancing guest experience, and maintaining high standards, you'll be the pivotal figure in shaping the resorts reputation. The successful candidate will manage a talented team, oversee daily operations, and implement strategies that boost sales while maintaining operational efficiency. What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior hospitality leadership role, ideally within a hotel resort setting
Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, including budgeting, profit & loss management, and staff development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Ability to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a hospitality environment
A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for delivering a premium customer experience
