At our Kilkeel Facility, we manufactureaircraftinterior seating forglobalcustomers.To support our existing business and enable future growth we are offeringa12-month Industrial Placement opportunityto joinourHuman Resourcesteam.The role will bebasedon site at Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.
What you will do:
Working closely with an experienced HR team, you will support the delivery of key HR initiatives and contribute to the effective operation of the HR function.Responsibilities will include:
1. Support HR Business Partners with a range of HR activities, including recruitment and selection, talent development, talent management, and general HR administrative duties
2. Maintain and update departmental databases, systems, and employee recordsensuringaccuracy and compliance
3. Coordinate employee induction and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners
4. Ensure all departmental records are managedin accordance withourpolicies and data protection requirements
5. Leadandactivelyparticipatein project work asrequired
6. Respond to employee queries and provide guidance and support to managers when requested
7. Assistwith the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, processes, and procedures

Skills and ExperienceRequired:
This Industrial Placement opportunity is suited to you if you arepassionate abouta career inHR.Wewill delight in training and supporting you during your placement which means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team.
Essential Criteria:
In addition to the above you should be studying towards a degree orintegratedmaster's inHR or aBusiness-relateddiscipline-with a significantHRcomponent-and be available to complete a 12-month placementcommencingin June/July 2026.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office,possessexcellent interpersonal and communication skills, and haveexperienceworking within a team environment. You willdemonstratestrong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.Given the nature of the role, you will alsodemonstratea high levelof professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
Desirable Criteria:

9. Experience with HRInformation Systems,i.e.TMS, Workday
