Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
* Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured.
* Integrate and execute automation suites through Azure Cloud CI/CD pipelines.
* Conduct backend validation, database testing, and SQL query verification.
* Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated test cases.
* Collaborate closely with Developers, DevOps teams, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
* Analyse test execution results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities.
* Ensure adherence to automation best practices, framework scalability, and coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5–10 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing.
* Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium automation frameworks.
* Solid experience in API testing using Rest Assured.
* Experience working with Azure Cloud and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
* Strong knowledge of database testing, SQL queries, and backend validations.
* Good understanding of automation framework architecture and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
