Are you a CAD Designer within the Faade, Cladding or Roofing industry? Do you use AutoCAD and Revit? Are you looking for a step-up into a senior position within a rapidly expanding specialist in their field, who give you full autonomy to deliver lucrative projects and the opportunity to mentor junior members?
On offer is the opportunity to join a longstanding family business, who specialise in major projects within the construction industry, who have just gained major contracts to ensure workflow and growth over the next 5 years. This company focus on their people, have a great working environment and give you the ability to manage design projects from conception to completion.
This varied and autonomous role will see you oversee projects from early engagement to construction with a supportive team around you. You will be responsible for drawing, creating and modelling innovative designs within clients budgets, you will be required you to use AutoCAD and Revit software, produce technical documents and check the quality of work being submitted. This is a Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM role.
