HC-One Maintenance Operative
HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. The role requires technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and ideally some IT skills. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and co-workers.
Your responsibilities include ensuring our residents live in a proactively inspected and well-maintained environment. Tasks involve conducting audits, updating records, replacing taps or mixer valves, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber on windows, or putting up wallpaper—all with kindness as a core value.
