Key Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date employee files, ensuring all documentation is complete, particularly for employees on work visas. Respond to staff queries in a professional and timely manner. Prepare and maintain monthly payroll spreadsheets recording hours, deductions, annual leave, and sick leave before submission for processing. Organise staff travel and training arrangements. Manage the ordering of office stationery and supplies. Provide general administrative support as required within a busy office environment. The Ideal Candidate: Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Skills: Admin travel Clerical
