Status: Permanent
Working hours: 33.75 hours, Monday-Friday
Working Days: 215 Days
Salary: Full-time salary starting at £21,811.56

Do you have experience supporting the development of independence, functional life skills, employability, and community participation for young adults with SEND?
Are you committed to inclusion, dignity, and equity?
Do you have a strong interest in supporting young people with severe and profound, complex physical and medical needs?
Are you knowledgeable about non-verbal communication methods and enthusiastic about helping students express themselves?
Do you understand safeguarding principles, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour support, especially in high-needs, post-16 settings?
Are you passionate about developing community bonds to improve life outcomes?
Are you willing to collaborate with educational staff, therapists, medical professionals, and families as part of a transdisciplinary team?
Do you enjoy using creative, multisensory, and practical activities to engage students?
