V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality housing projects.

Prior experience on Housing projects is preferred
Happy to work office based with travel to site once per week
Able to commercially manage your own projects
Ambitious and motivated work attitude
Strong management skills
COINS experience is beneficial
Duties will include:
Working office based with occasional travel to site.
Mentoring more junior members of the team.
Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
Preparation of final accounts.
Identifying commercial risks.
