About the Role
1. Delivering pre‑planned lessons across KS3–KS5
2. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
3. Supporting students to stay focused and on task
4. Adapting confidently to different school settings
5. Subject specialisms are welcomed and valued
✅ What We’re Looking For
6. Essential: UK-based secondary school experience
7. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar
8. Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
9. A confident, professional, and flexible approach
10. Passion for working with young people in education
