Join our Asset Finance & Leasing MarketingTeam where you will be responsible for day-to-day marketing support activities relating to events and exhibitions, hospitality, sponsorship, design and print, direct mail, invoice processing and award entries.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a productive and results-driven marketing team where you can expand your knowledge and experience within a marketing team, with a specific focus on marketing content (rather than digital & analytics).Our ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with excellent communication and attention to detail. Prior experience is not as important as the right attitude and desire to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain stock levels of all collateral across all office locations, including re-prints when needed and coordinating the delivery from central stock, including factsheets, brochures, merchandise and display stands
* Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executives with the set-up of events and exhibitions, including the order and collation of all collateral needed – delivery of this to the venue and set up of stands for the sales team when required.
* Work with a number of 3rd party suppliers including printers and merchandise companies, ensuring that the team have all the information they need.
* Be a brand guardian, ensuring the adherence to the Close Brothers brand guidelines when overseeing the production of marketing materials.
* Organise internal marketing meetings including venues and refreshments.
* Ensure all marketing procedures are followed in relation to the recording and filing of all projects and files.
* Maintain all information and calendars of events, exhibitions, awards and hospitality
* Log and process marketing invoices that feed into wider budget records.
* Regularly review the invoice log against the plan to ensure marketing budget is tracked and accounted for correctly
* Provide ad-hoc support on tasks as requested by the wider marketing team
* Source merchandise for all businesses – review costs and make recommendations
* Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

* An interest in working within a marketing department
* Strong communication skills both written and verbally
* Good understanding of written English language and grammar skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to juggle several requests and prioritise
* Happy to work independently and as part of a team
