IT Support Technician required to work in Thatcham, as this is a very rural area, you will need to have your own transport.
This opportunity is working Monday to Friday onsite 5 days a week.

Job responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for the smooth running of all of desktops; laptops; tablets; smart devices; OperatingSystemsand applications, Internet cafés and other client facing areas.
* Monitor the IT service desk in support of all client's areas.
* Act as a point of escalation totroubleshootand resolveissuesasrequired.
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures, developing new procedures as required and ensure adherence.
* Provide support for all IT related projects and you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 3 and then 1 in 4 weekends - 9-1pm.
Skills required:
1. 2yrs + Proven Service Desk Support environment.
2. Typicallyat least 2yearsof technical delivery and support experience, inroles that requireinvolvement and understanding ofITIL based service delivery.
