About Claimit
We’re a rapidly growing, seed-stage AI Tech start-up revolutionising claims management with intelligent automation. Our platform helps businesses handle logistics, loss, and delivery claims more efficiently - saving time, money, and stress.
We’re scaling quickly, solving complex challenges, and building tools that transform how businesses manage their delivery operations. To help us move faster and smarter, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can bring structure and process to our growing team - without losing the start-up energy that makes us who we are.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape how we build products at Claimit. You’ll introduce best practices in road mapping, discovery and release management while keeping things light, agile and focused on outcomes.
You’ll work directly with our founders, engineering and design teams to define the product strategy, prioritise the roadmap and deliver features that make a real impact for our customers. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping the future of a fast-growing start-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company strategy and customer needs.
* Introduce product management best practices such as structured discovery, documentation and release planning.
* Deliver new, high-impact features including invoice auditing, denial of receipt tracking and an AI-powered analytics assistant.
* Work closely with engineering to improve release management and CI/CD processes.
* Champion a customer-first, data-informed approach to decision making, balancing insight, experimentation and intuition.
* Bring structure and stability to product development while preserving our start-up agility.
* Confidently challenge leadership thinking when data or insight suggests a better approach.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Senior Product Manager (or similar), ideally within a start-up, scale-up or fast-paced tech environment.
* A strong, data-driven mindset and the ability to use metrics and insight to guide decisions.
* Experience with logistics, delivery or operational products is a strong advantage.
* A proven ability to introduce structure and process without slowing teams down.
* Skilled in road mapping, prioritisation and customer discovery.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to push back respectfully when needed.
* Comfortable working with limited data, documentation and tooling, and motivated to improve them.
* A genuine builder’s mindset - proactive, hands-on and able to turn ideas into impact.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience working on AI-powered, data-led or logistics-focused products.
* Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion and modern product analytics platforms.
* Previous experience in an early-stage start-up or seed-stage scale-up.
* Exposure to release management, CI/CD or DevOps collaboration.
What’s on Offer
* Genuinely competitive basic salary and meaningful options in a Seed stage AI business (we'll reveal full details during initial interview stages)
* Meaningful share options in a high-growth AI tech start-up.
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
* Access to our EMI Share Scheme.
* Pension scheme.
* Work with a small, ambitious team where your decisions have an immediate and visible impact.
Location: Remote-First (we have an office in Old St, London, that you’re welcome to come to as much or as little as you like). We also have company bi-annual meets (previously held off-sites in Paris + The Cotswolds).
