This position is based in the company's Newry office. Monday - Friday.

Salary
£28,000 + other additional benefits (Top Company) + fantastic work benefits and environment + holiday package & progression opportunities
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service both in person at the trade counter and through telephone, email, and webchat communication channels.
* Respond to customer enquiries promptly and handle complaints efficiently to ensure consistently high service standards.
* Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including picking and packing orders and receiving incoming deliveries.
The Ideal Person
* Experience working in a similar role - Customer Service or Trade Counter
* Call handling experience highly preferred
* Strong communicator
* Positive individual with a proactive approach
* Great attention to detail levels
