Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Support month-end and year-end financial processes
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
Maintain and update financial databases and systems
Support audits and compliance activities within the finance team
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Good organisational and time management abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
