An AI company expanding to the US are hiring a Product & Delivery Manager to own the full product and delivery lifecycle for our engineering team. This role bridges product strategy and engineering execution - you'll help to define what we build, why, and ensure it ships.
About the Role
Reporting to: CTO
Location: UK Remote
Type: Permanent
Product Leadership
* Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing priorities and outcomes
* Define, document, and maintain clear product requirements
* Translate business goals into well-scoped, actionable work for engineering teams
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders to influence and guide product direction
Delivery & Execution
* Lead Program Increment (PI) planning cycles
* Drive sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
* Monitor delivery progress and provide clear, regular reporting
* Identify and remove blockers while managing cross-team dependencies
* Work closely with technical component leads to ensure alignment and momentum
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in product management, delivery management, or a hybrid role
* Proven experience delivering software using agile methodologies
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stream work
* Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
* Solid technical understanding — you don’t need to code, but you know how software is built
* Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
Nice to Have
* Experience in a similar role within a technology-focused organisation
* Exposure to or familiarity with product design practices and processes
