Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to oversee financial management and client reporting for managed properties. The role involves handling rent processing, debt management, budgeting, financial reporting, and liaising with landlords, councils, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely financial administration.

Salary and package
· Based in our Battle office (68 High Street, Battle, TN33 0AG).
· Permanent position.
· Fulltime Monday-Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
· 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
· £25,000 - £30,000 subject to experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and skills
. Strong financial administration and accounting skills.
. Experience in property management accounts (desirable).
. Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Keyprime).
. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
. Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
. Advance Excel skills.
Responsibilities and duties
· Financial Management & Rent Administration
o Process and manage funds received into company bank accounts.
o Issue and manage monthly rent demands through Keyprime.
o Reconcile bank accounts and property finances on a monthly basis.
o Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
· Debt Management & Invoicing
o Follow up on outstanding debts relating to rent, business rates, and utilities.
o Raise and distribute invoices for rents, business rates and utility recharges.
o Ensure business rates are paid on schedule to relevant local councils.
· Client Reporting & Budgeting
o Prepare and deliver quarterly financial statements to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
o Produce annual budget reports and review retained funds on behalf of clients.
o Calculate and manage management and administrative fees, ensuring timely payment.
· Rent Reviews & Client Liaison
o Update rent reviews in Keyprime.
o Respond to landlord queries on a timely basis, particularly during year-end reporting periods.
o Attend meetings with potential clients to gather required documentation and understand service preferences.
· Contractor & Site Financial Oversight
o Process payments to contractors for repairs and certification services.
o Participate in police meetings to discuss site repairs, budgets, and property upgrades.
Other requirements
· Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
