The position Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE, Environmental and customer specific safety requirements. This will include documentation, training, certifications and provision of necessary certified equipment. Provide performance management of all assigned staff including setting objectives, time management, regular staff 1 to 1s and dealing with any issues. Have responsibility for the performance of all assigned customers to ensure contractual targets are met or exceeded. Conduct regular customer operations meetings to ensure their needs are being met and a long term, profitable relationship is maintained. Schedule maintenance and repair activities ensuring that all routine maintenance is carried out on time and to the required standard. Provide input to development of service infrastructure to meet changing needs of the business. Provide leadership and direction for assigned service teams and ensure that company objectives are met. First line of support for the site technicians, including On-site technical support where and when required. Maintain and enhance the performance of the Oil Service Department Act as escalation point for customer issues providing action plans to resolve all technical issues. Provide weekly and monthly reports as required (internal and external) Liaise with other departments to ensure that service needs are understood and that support is provided to other departments when required to support UK and European business.
