Are you a CNC Turner looking to join a close-knit and collaborative company who will invest into your career, offering ongoing training on programming so you can become a rounded machinist?
In this days-based, Monday to Friday role you will be primarily turning on Doosan and Colchester lathes and using Fanus controls in a close-knit workshop of 10 people. Through shadowing other machinist you will be given full guidance on how to programme the machines.
Founded 30 years ago, this family-run machining company pride themselves on their high quality, niche products which they supply in various industries worldwide.
This role would suit a CNC Turner looking to broaden their skill set, in a varied role for a close-knit company who will invest into their development.
The Role:
Setting and operating lathes, then programming once fully trained
Working on Doosan and Colchester lathes with Fanuc controls
Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday
£15 - £16.50 an hour, optional overtime available paid at 1.3x weekdays, 1.5x weekendsThe Person:
