Description About the Role : We have an exciting opportunity for 2x Transport Administrators (One rotating days and one fixed nights), to join our ever-growing Transport Team at our site based in Lichfield (Fradley Park). Shift times are as follows; 1x Rotating Days, 06:00-14:00/10:00-18:00/14:00-22:00 and 1x Nights 22:00-06:00 Both of these positions are on a fixed term contract basis over a 12 month span (subject to potential change to permanent contract business dependent). How will you contribute? • Working within our Transport department and reporting directly to the transport team manager • Working aligned to the other departments including transport planning and the warehouse • Dispatching drivers, managing fleet compliance, raising defect issues and completing driver briefs and debriefs • You will be involved with the ongoing communication throughout the progress of outbound and inbound routes, compliance, and service fulfilment daily - into and out of the depot • Your role will include operating numerous reporting tools.
