Location: Rural village on the Surrey/Hampshire border
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Daily Rate: £130 per day (via PAYE)

We are partnered with an exceptional 11-16 secondary school nestled in a picturesque rural village near the Surrey and Hampshire border. We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join this welcoming and high-performing school community.
Whether you are an experienced Cover Supervisor or have a background working with young people, this is an opportunity to develop your classroom experience within a supportive environment that emphasises staff wellbeing and professional growth.
Responsibilities
* Supervising pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
* Encouraging student engagement and maintaining focus throughout the school day
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively while promoting a positive learning environment
* Upholding school values and serving as a professional role model
* No lesson planning or marking required - bring your confidence, energy, and presence
Who We're Looking For
* Have experience working with young people (teaching assistants, youth workers, coaches, mentors)
* Are confident, professional, and organised with strong classroom management skills
* Can quickly adapt to different subject areas and student needs
* Communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure
* Are considering a career in education or preparing for future teacher training
