Location: Hogsmill, Surrey and Mogden, Twickenham with some working from home available
Contract: Permanent, Full Time / Part time
Responsibilities
* Lead the control of handover activities within the project portfolio.
* Interpret client close‑out procedures and governance processes to ensure effective delivery of takeover.
* Develop a relationship with the client Asset Integration team and take ownership of Thames Water stage gate timely delivery.
* Assist with project reporting including collation of Project on a Page and KPIs.
* Manage accountability of internal and external stakeholders in relation to takeover programme obligations.
* Ensure that project outputs are communicated and delegated to appropriate design and construction project team members.
* Support the client in production of TOC project governance, ensuring that all contractually required documentation is progressed for the Project PM.
* Support the project team in understanding the resources required to achieve takeover.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role with knowledge of digital delivery tools (TWEXnet / Viewpoint / Project Wise).
* Proven people and project management skills.
* Competent judgement and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience of Take Over procedures for multi‑disciplinary Capital Delivery projects.
