The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. Overtime is available at this site. You will work a rotating shift pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off, then 2 days on / 5 days off. Shifts include both day and night working. - 6am to 6pm - 6pm to 6am Your Time at Work As a Production Operative, you'll be a key part of our operations. Your role ensures that our production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll operate machinery, manage workloads, and contribute to a team-focused environment where quality is always a priority. What you'll do: - Support daily production and assembly tasks, including stacking and wrapping products. - Move materials and products safely throughout the facility. - Complete all required paperwork and checks during the production process. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations. - Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. - Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and deadlines. - Report any quality issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions promptly. - Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Our Perfect Worker It is essential that you are hardworking, adaptable, and confident with a "can-do" attitude. You will show strong attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions accurately. Applicants will have good verbal and written communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
