Management Accountant £40,000 to £50,000 per annum Study support 5 days a week in the Central London Accountancy Action have partnered with a luxury, high-growth real estate company. The company is owner-managed and going through a rapid growth period. Operating across residential and commercial markets, you will be working in an entrepreneurial environment where you will gain lots of commercial exposure and understand the workings of the wider business. You will be surrounded by an impressive finance team, including mentorship from an ex-Big 4 Financial Controller. The role provides an opportunity to enter as a PQ/ Finalist to complete studies with company support and grow into a more commercial role upon qualification. The role reports directly into the Financial Controller. Responsibilities of the role will include: Preparation of monthly management reporting and balance sheet reconciliations Assist in implementation of new systems, controls and processes Run billing collection and oversee the debtors and AR function Work to strict deadlines Preparation of P & L and provide analysis. Balance Sheet reconciliations. Accruals and prepayments Assist with completion of External audit Quarterly VAT reporting Monthly management pack reporting including KPI analysis Cashflow analysis The ideal candidate will have budgeting and forecasting experience, good Excel skills and an analytical nature.
