J*Office Administrator – full time permanent position*
Reith Lambert are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our successful firm of Chartered Surveyors. Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role for all departments, handling administrative tasks enthusiastically with precision and professionalism. This vacancy is site based only in Glasgow city centre.

Responsibilities:
* Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner.
* Handle property enquiries and viewings, including providing information and emailing property particulars.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including mailshots to property agents.
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of regularly scheduled reports, spreadsheets and letters.
* Assist in organisation of company events and meetings, including co-ordinating logistics.
* Welcome visitors to the Company providing hospitality.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Provide administrative support where required to all departments.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
* Take ownership of tasks and see through to completion.
* Occasional travel (local)
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or similar role.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Clean driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
* Eligible to join Co Wheels car rental (age limit 19 or over)
