UK Insights Manager opportunity with a global FMCG food & drinks business. Their UK brands are market leaders and this role is pivotal in driving the growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead relationships with key data partners, ensuring best-in-class partnerships and maximum value from suppliers (eg. Kantar, NielsenIQ, IGD etc)
* Deliver monthly business reporting and create data dashboards for the Marketing function
* Drive business data capability through training programmes
* Perform business issue data analysis and presentation across both Retail and Out-of-Home sectors
* Provide brand diagnosis across Mental Availability, Physical Availability & Portfolio Availability
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking an experienced professional with:
* Significant experience in FMCG Marketing or a Data Agency
* Full literacy in Retail Measurement data and Consumer Panel data
* Strong analytical skills and a passion for consumer and shopper behaviour
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to collaborate across teams and lead external agency partners
* Strategic thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving

Berkshire - Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home
Package:
£58,000 - £62,000 + Bonus + Benefits
