The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a results-driven and technically astute Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our product ranges. This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide both new and existing products, ensuring they meet market needs, manufacturing capabilities, and regulatory standards.
You’ll play a central role in shaping the product roadmap, driving innovation, and contributing to the profitable growth of a key business segment.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage the product roadmap in line with business goals and market trends
* Act as the voice of the customer – gathering insights, conducting site visits, and supporting sales with technical expertise
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications
* Deliver training and technical product support to internal teams
* Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitive positioning
* Conduct market research to assess areas for growth and new markets
* Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launches
* Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch to redesign or retirement
* Support the resolution of product-related complaints
What You’ll Bring
* Knowledge of clay-based construction or civil engineering products
* Proven experience in Product Management within construction or building product manufacturing
* Strong understanding of installation methods and design principles for building or foul water systems
* A track record of success in research, innovation, and New Product Introduction (NPI)
* Financial acumen and experience managing product performance and P&L
