What you'll be doing:
* Support and maintain the Quality Management System to meet aerospace standards.
* Analyze quality data and trends, creating reports for key stakeholders.
* Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to resolve issues.
* Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product and process quality.
What you'll bring:
* Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5WHY).
* Understanding of aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* A technical qualification (apprenticeship, HNC, or degree).
* Strong communication skills to engage teams at all levels.
* A proactive mindset with determination to lead change.
