CT19 is a specialist recruitment business supporting advanced engineering companies across Nuclear Energy, CleanTech, Quantum, Space, and other high-growth sectors. We operate globally, with a strong footprint in the US nuclear market, partnering with reactor developers, engineering consultancies, and fuel cycle organisations.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support delivery across our US nuclear engineering accounts.
This is not a cold-start role. You’ll work closely with the Director (me), supporting live projects with existing clients, whilst building your own desk over time.
No BD required initially - the focus is on delivery, candidate management, and learning the market.
What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering on live roles across nuclear engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, I&C, reactor physics, licensing, etc.)
* Managing candidate processes from initial outreach through to offer
* Building strong candidate networks within the US market
* Working closely with me on key accounts and hiring projects
* Gradually developing your own client base as you gain traction
What we’re looking for:
* 2–5+ years recruitment experience (engineering or technical preferred)
* Strong delivery capability — able to manage multiple roles and processes
* Confident engaging senior and technical candidates
* Ambitious and commercially driven
* Interest in working in a high-value, specialist market
What you’ll get:
* Access to live, high-value US nuclear clients from day one
* Clear path to building your own desk (with support, not thrown in the deep end)
* Excellent earning potential — high fees, strong commission structure (~43%)
* Hybrid working + 4.5 day week (early finish Fridays)
* Incentives including trips, lunch clubs, and long-term rewards
Why CT19?
You’ll be working in a market where demand massively outweighs supply, with real access to senior talent and major projects. We operate as an extension of our clients, not a CV shop — and that’s reflected in how we deliver and how we earn.
If you want to step into a more specialist, higher-value market — without being forced into BD from day one — this is worth a conversation.
