What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Confidence delivering the EYFS, including supporting children with SEND
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
* Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
* Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
* Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
* Support consistent, high‑quality practice and Ofsted standards
