Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing women's health & wellness brand to hire a Supply Chain & Operations Manager, following phenomenal early success and rapid community growth. The business is now entering an exciting new scale-up phase, with ambitious plans to expand both its product portfolio and global reach.
They are now looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Chain & Operations Manager to work directly alongside the founders, helping drive the day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce business.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product launches and operational strategy, with huge ownership from day one.
What will you be doing?
* Managing day-to-day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers
* Coordinating inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support business growth
* Supporting supplier and manufacturer sourcing, building strong operational partnerships
* Assisting with new product launches from sourcing through to production
* Helping build scalable systems, processes and AI-driven operational efficiencies
* Working closely with customer service and internal teams to communicate operational updates
Who are we looking for?
* Experience within operations, ecommerce or supply chain
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data
* Naturally proactive, resourceful and eager to learn
* Comfortable working within a fast-moving startup or challenger brand environment
