Para Group Holdings is continuing to expand, and we are now looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a key role where youll have real influence in shaping and driving the finance function forward.

This is more than a reporting role its an opportunity to act as a true Finance Business Partner, supporting decision-making across the business and contributing to ongoing growth and performance.

The Role

Youll play a central role in delivering accurate, timely financial information while working closely with senior stakeholders. This position offers strong exposure to leadership and the chance to add real value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production of monthly management accounts
2. Delivering timely and insightful month-end reporting
3. Presenting financial information to senior leadership and Board
4. Supporting cost control and driving efficiencies across the business
5. Managing and analysing occupancy voids and associated costs
