7. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to support residents’ wider needs
8. Support residents in accessing services such as mental health, recovery, employment, and education
9. Facilitate resident engagement, including meetings and participation in housing-related matters
10. Contribute to achieving performance targets, including tenant satisfaction measures

About You

12. Strong understanding of housing management, tenancy sustainment, and relevant housing legislation
13. Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
14. Confident in handling sensitive situations, including conflict resolution and safeguarding concerns
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
