Overview

Business Support Administrator (Mobility Employee Benefits) role at Mercer. Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking a talented individual to join our Global Mobility Solutions team. Ideally the successful candidate will be based in Bristol, with flexibility for hybrid/remote working for the right candidate. The Global Mobility Solutions team within MMB Multinational provides advice and solutions to multinational clients in international health insurance and group risk solutions.

Within your role you’ll be managing policy administration including membership adjustments & audits, invoicing, and queries (claims & benefits) as part of a friendly and experienced team who will support and train you. You’ll play a key part in the renewal and new business process including drafting & executing quotation requests and supporting the creation of recommendation reports. You will also be exposed to a variety of challenges such as supporting the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering, and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets for client projects.


Responsibilities

* Complete anti-money laundering checks, setting up policies, client engagement, drafting of quote requests, and draft renewal reports
* New Business – setting up client records and New Business reports
* Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MMB’s targets
* Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients

* Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
* Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing stakeholders
* Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
* Experience of customer service
