Programme Manager Job Overview
* Be the Technical Champion: Lead the integration of our premium audio solutions into complex vehicle ecosystems.
* Manage Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with automakers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams to create industry-defining sound systems.
* Deliver Innovative Solutions: Oversee the end-to-end development of advanced audio experiences-from concept and system design to final delivery.
* Own the Lifecycle: Guide each project through acoustic tuning, system integration, and production readiness.
Collaborating with:
* Leading automotive brands on flagship programs
* Multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, product management, and marketing
* Innovators developing the next wave of vehicle audio, UX, and embedded technologies
Programme Manager Job Requirements
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
* Proven experience managing technical programs with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or technology partners
* Deep knowledge of audio systems including acoustics, transducers, tuning, and integration
* Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Bonus If You Also Have:
* Background in automotive systems engineering
* Familiarity with embedded platforms, HMI/UX design, or vehicle audio architecture
* A genuine passion for creating immersive audio experiences for drivers and passengers
