Vehicle Damage Assessor Sunderland

Salary:£30,000 - £45,000 per year
Bonus:Performance-based bonus potential
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (1 hour unpaid break)

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, youll play a key role in the repair journeyworking closely with the production team to ensure accurate assessments, exceptional customer service, and efficient repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare computerised estimates usingAudatex

2. Communicate with customers to provide updates and estimated completion times

3. Compile relevant documentation to support the repair process

4. Accurately record all estimate and repair data in the management system

5. Monitor vehicle progress through the workshop to ensure timely repairs

6. Negotiate repair estimates with insurance engineers when necessary

7. Liaise with insurance representatives regarding claims and estimates

8. Identify opportunities for additional non-insurance repair work

9. Conduct mobile and drive-by assessments where required
