PPM Bias Role
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working for FM companies, carrying out mostly pre‑planned and some reactive maintenance.
Working mobile covering commercial buildings around Yorkshire area, this is a medium paced role which will mostly be carrying out PPMs on commercial contracts.
This is a multiskilled building maintenance role but requires an 18th edition qualification in order to carry out electrical PPMs.
