Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Staffs and Marches (WV10 6TB)

We’re looking for a confident, collaborative leader to join our Neighbourhoods & Communities team and help us deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers.
As Operations Manager, you’ll support front-line teams across your region—coaching, guiding, and reality-checking to ensure we’re consistently delivering services that make a real difference. You’ll lead a team, work closely with local authorities and partners, and step in for the Head of Neighbourhoods & Communities when needed.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be visible, proactive, and solutions-focused. You’ll help shape how we work, champion transformation, and bring people together to solve problems and unlock opportunities for our customers.
What you’ll bring:
* A strong background in housing and community services
* Proven experience leading and developing teams
* Confidence in building relationships and influencing across boundaries
* A flexible, agile approach and a genuine passion for customer outcomes
* Ability to use data and insight to drive decisions
* A full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
