For those who demonstrate exceptional drive and capability, there is significant potential for growth and advancement within the business, with future opportunities tailored to their ambitions.
About Us:
We are a well-established English vineyard and hospitality venue, celebrated for our exceptional wine production and high-quality guest experiences. Set in the heart of Gloucestershire’s beautiful countryside, our estate combines winemaking with luxury hospitality, offering vineyard tours, exquisite food and beverage service, and memorable events.
The Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager with a passion for hospitality and wine, ready to take on a dynamic role that spans both vineyard operations and guest services. You will be responsible for mastering all aspects of the business, working alongside the General Manager, and leading teams to maintain our exceptional standards. This is an opportunity to truly embed yourself in the business, drive growth, and be part of our exciting journey forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across vineyard, winery, and hospitality, ensuring seamless coordination and excellence.

Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across multiple departments.
Drive operational improvements focused on productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Conduct vineyard tours with enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge.
Monitor budgets, optimise resource allocation, and control costs efficiently.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Represent the business at industry events and with key stakeholders, enhancing brand reputation.
About You:
Proven experience in an operations management role – experience beyond hospitality and restaurants is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
Commercially astute with the ability to drive efficiency and productivity.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
Effective communicator, able to engage with team members, stakeholders, and visitors alike.
Passionate about both wine production and hospitality, with an understanding of tourism operations.
Confident in delivering vineyard tours and engaging with guests.
