Ideal Hero Qualifications
* A minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential)
* A passion for fitness, wellbeing, and exceptional customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first‑class experience for all members and guests
* Design personalised training programmes to help individuals reach their fitness goals
* Conduct regular motivational sessions, keeping clients engaged and inspired
* Provide expert tuition and advice, maintaining the highest standards at all times
* Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every visit is enjoyable
