Position: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Being fully responsible for the success and smooth running of one of our Food & Beverage divisions.
* Overseeing and leading all Food & Beverage teams in operational aspects, creating a welcoming, happy, and engaged culture.
* Ensuring guest experience remains at the forefront, making arrangements to deliver a flawless service.
* Being fully accountable for the financial success of the division, ensuring efficiency and smart operations.
* Leading change initiatives to meet set targets.
* Managing staff training across the division to equip the team with necessary skills.
* Maintaining headcount through recruitment and focusing on retention.
* Fostering strong relationships with support departments such as Reservations, Marketing, and Sales.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and other legal requirements.
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role or as a successful Head of Department in a large outlet within a 5-star hotel.
* Hands-on leadership skills to manage one of the hotel's largest divisions.
* A drive for continual improvement and ability to lead change.
* Experience with Forbes or LQA standards is advantageous.
* Attention to detail and high operational standards.
* Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
