Key responsibilities
* Schedule work across the studio’s resources using our custom workflow management tools.
* Support the team with day-to-day studio administration and coordination tasks.
* Assist in updating and maintaining workflow systems for accurate project tracking.
* Communicate with internal teams to gather information and keep projects moving forward.
* Identify and flag potential scheduling or resource conflicts.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and process‑oriented skills to enhance the efficiency of the B‑Hive.
* Excellent communication skills to convey details clearly to diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment as an organiser and planner.
* Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools for effective project management.
* A degree or relevant apprenticeship, complemented by experience in operations or project management.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Monday.com).
* Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
