The RoleAs a Children Law Solicitor, you’ll manage a varied caseload across both private and public law proceedings. You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative team, handling matters from initial instruction through to completion, and providing exceptional representation for clients.
This role offers the chance to develop your expertise in advocacy and children proceedings, while working in an environment that actively supports career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of children law matters (private and public).
* Represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism.
* Deliver high-quality, client-focused legal advice and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent outcomes for clients.
* Work towards Law Society Children Panel membership (with support provided).
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 1-2 years’ PQE in children law.
* Experience in both private and public law proceedings.
* Strong advocacy skills and confidence in court.
* A commitment to client care, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
